About the Role

We are hiring a Paid Media Manager specializing in Meta Ads to develop, execute, and optimize conversion-focused campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The main objective is to generate qualified B2B leads and booked discovery calls from business owners and executives in North America. This role is best suited for a hands-on Meta Ads specialist with proven experience improving lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition costs. General paid media experience alone is not sufficient.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and manage conversion-focused paid advertising strategies primarily across Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to improve key metrics (CPL, cost per booked call, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS).
• Maintain accurate tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTMs, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot.
• Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the design team to develop effective creative assets.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, lead forms, audience targeting, and segmentation.
• Research and define target audiences and key segments based on Valatam’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Complement strategy with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns when needed.

Requirements

• C1 or C2 English and professional Spanish.
• 3+ years of paid media experience.
• Strong, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads lead generation campaigns.
• Proven success generating qualified leads or booked appointments.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, targeting, retargeting, bidding, attribution, and budget optimization.
• Experience improving CPL, cost per appointment, conversion rate, and lead quality.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTMs, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience with B2B campaigns targeting the United States or Canada is strongly preferred.
• Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus.
• Reliable home office, stable internet connection, and backup internet access.
