About the Role

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual? We're looking for a 100% remote Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team and support clients across Latin America. This is a great opportunity to build your administrative career while working alongside an experienced team and following established best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in updating process documentation and maintaining accurate, organized records.
• Handle file uploads and keep Google Drive organized according to established team guidelines.
• Execute routine data entry and support the preparation of basic internal reports.
• Monitor general email inboxes and coordinate routine correspondence with clients and vendors.
• Conduct basic research and assist with general document handling and preparation.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.

• 1 – 2 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance.
• Familiarity and comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

What We Offer

• Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696 – $1,044/month (based on experience and alignment with the role requirements).
• Annual pay increments.
