Join a team that’s redefining home lending through expert advice and seamless digital experiences. As a Virtual Home Lending Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of helping customers navigate complex lending scenarios, from first-home purchases to investment and construction lending. You’ll deliver tailored solutions and proactive financial guidance that empower customers to achieve their goals and build long-term wealth.

This senior lending role is all about impact. You’ll drive new lending growth, retain valued customers, and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, all through our virtual channels. Your deep understanding of the property market, regulatory frameworks, and Westpac’s lending products will position you as a trusted advisor. With a focus on transparency, ethical decision-making, and customer satisfaction, you’ll play a key role in delivering our service promise and strengthening loyalty.

Nā tāu rourou – What you’ll bring?

We’re looking for experienced senior lenders who thrive on solving complex lending challenges and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

• Minimum 2+ years residential home lending experience
• Level 5 Residential Lending Qualification
• Proven expertise in complex lending structures including Trusts, Look Through Companies, and Small Business financials
• Strong knowledge of construction, shared equity, investment, property development, and prebuilt lending
• High financial literacy, sound judgement, and commercial insight
• Tech-savvy mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to compliance
