Contexte et environnement de travail :


Au sein de l’équipe Materials Engineering du Groupe Renault à Chennai (Inde), le Stage VIE contribuera à la définition de la future stratégie matériaux du Groupe en identifiant des solutions acier compétitives, innovantes et bas carbone pour les applications automobiles.


La mission combinera veille marché, scouting technologique, interactions fournisseurs et évaluations environnementales, afin de soutenir les ambitions FutuREady de Renault.


Vos missions :


  • Cartographier de manière stratégique l’écosystème de l’acier automobile en Inde.
  • Construire et maintenir une base de données de benchmarking fournisseurs et technologies.
  • Évaluer les opportunités liées aux aciers bas carbone.
  • Formuler des recommandations en matière de compétitivité, diversification et localisation des approvisionnements.
  • Rédiger des rapports techniques et des présentations à destination du management.
  • Proposer des prescriptions matériaux pour les futurs programmes véhicules Renault.
  • Contribuer à la stratégie matériaux long terme du Groupe Renault en Inde.

Qui êtes-vous ?


Vous êtes un ingénieur avec un fort intérêt pour les matériaux, les écosystèmes industriels et les chaînes d’approvisionnement automobiles. Vous comprenez rapidement des sujets techniques complexes et savez transformer vos analyses en recommandations claires et actionnables.


  • Formation technique — Master en matériaux, mécanique ou génie industriel.
  • Compétences analytiques — Capacité à réaliser du market scouting, du benchmarking technologique et des évaluations industrielles.
  • Sensibilité environnementale — Intérêt pour les matériaux bas carbone, le recyclage et les approches d’économie circulaire.
  • Communication — Aptitude à produire des rapports synthétiques et des présentations stratégiques.
  • Adaptabilité — À l’aise dans un environnement multiculturel et dans les échanges avec les fournisseurs.
  • Mobilité — Disponible pour un Stage VIE de 24 mois (12 mois + 12 mois) à partir de janvier 2027, basé à Chennai.
  • Langues — Anglais courant ; le français est un plus. La connaissance du hindi et/ou du tamoul est appréciée pour les interactions locales.
