As the Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality video content across social media and digital platforms by transforming raw footage into polished, fast-paced and brand-relevant content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos, Reels and other social-first content.
• Assemble raw footage and create smooth, engaging sequences aligned with the brief.
• Add music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions and basic visual effects.
• Handle basic colour correction/grading and sound editing.
• Adapt edits to different social platforms, formats and content styles.
• Experiment with current editing trends, pacing and creative techniques.
• Incorporate basic motion graphics and graphic elements when needed.
• Manage multiple edits simultaneously and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Organise and archive raw footage and final assets efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the content, social media and creative teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Media, Film, Multimedia, Design or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in video editing or digital content production. 
• A portfolio/showreel demonstrating social and short-form video editing is required.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects.
• Photoshop/Illustrator and basic graphic or motion design knowledge are a plus.
• Good understanding of social-first content and current Reels/TikTok editing trends.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and music; video editing, sequencing, subtitles, transitions, basic color grading, sound editing and visual effects. 
• Ability to adapt content across different social formats and manage multiple edits efficiently.
• Creative, detail-oriented, organised, reliable, collaborative, trend-aware and able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
