Video Monitoring Job Title: Video Analyst Experience: 01- 3 in years Location: CIC, Hyderabad Job Description:

• Monitor incoming alarm signals using video, verifying and dispatching appropriate action items consistent with training.

• Conduct proactive virtual guard tours using remote video to identify illegal and unwarranted activity and action appropriate events.

• Perform Computer keyboard functions for console operations, telephone for responder and contact notifications and control of video using automated software. • Document accurate concise, detailed, factual and meaningful reports of events handled.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the SOC Supervisor and/shift leaders. (Key Responsibility Areas.

• Valid Alarm events detected and promptly acted upon

• Limit and reduce false alarms • Daily guard tours • Accurate reporting

• Identification of issues

Essential Skills:

• Computer keyboard skills

• Calm in stressful situations

• Ability to multitask

• Communication skills both written and verbal Desired Skills:

• Understanding of video, CCTV and or Alarm monitoring

• Video analytics

• Alarm Call Center experience
