We are seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations to help drive and support our fund expansion efforts and capabilities working for a Practice President at Red Cell Partners who also leads our firm’s capital raising efforts for our funds. In this role,you will collaborate with the firm’s senior team members on all investor relations, fundraising, and ecosystem activation efforts. Weare looking for a builder and super-connector who is eager to work in a fast-moving, dynamic firm pioneering a new approach tobuilding a fund manager that helps scale disruptive, technology-led businesses.
Responsibilities
- Work with firm partners to develop and drive firm-wide fundraising strategy
- Lead existing investor reporting & engagement as the primary point of contact
- Identify, educate & engage prospective investors & investment consultants
- Present the firm’s mission, strategy, funds & performance to stakeholders
- Strengthen the firm’s ecosystem connectivity with key strategic partners
- Lead execution on the firm’s Annual General Meeting
- Develop investor marketing & diligence materials
- Own and manage the firm’s LP CRM system

Skills & Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in investor relations, raising capital from UHNW & institutional investors
- Experience developing institutional LP fundraising channels & driving fundraising activity
- Experience executing highly professionalized investor reporting & engagement efforts
- Ability to fluently articulate Red Cell’s strategy, value proposition, model & metrics
- Ability to travel 25-30% of the time
- Strong conceptual, quantitative & analytical skills; ability to think like an investor
- High integrity & ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality
- Exceptional verbal & written communication & presentation skills
