About the role

The Vice President, Corporate FP&A owns TNC’s consolidated financial plan - the enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan - pulling the Services and Deployment divisional plans into a single, board-ready view of the company. Reporting to the President & CFO, the role owns the corporate model, the management-reporting cadence, and the board and investor materials that carry TNC’s financial story. It sets the enterprise KPI framework, partners with the divisional finance leads on roll-up and consistency, and works alongside Treasury / IR, Capital Markets, and Commercial & Project Finance to connect the plan to capital allocation and the equity story. This is the central FP&A engine of a company - it must produce institutional-grade planning and reporting while the business and the project portfolio grow underneath it.

Responsibilities

  • Corporate planning & consolidation. Own the enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan; consolidate the Services and Deployment divisional plans into one integrated corporate model that ties to the balance sheet and cash flow.
  • Management & board reporting. Own the monthly and quarterly reporting package and business-review cadence; produce board- and investor-ready materials, KPI dashboards, and variance narratives for the CFO and CEO.
  • Enterprise KPIs & analytics. Define and maintain the enterprise KPI framework; ensure consistent metrics and definitions across divisions so consolidated results are comparable and decision-useful.
  • Capital allocation & decision support. Support capital-allocation decisions, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and long-range capital planning in partnership with Treasury / IR, Capital Markets, and Commercial & Project Finance (deal economics).
  • Institutional readiness. Build a scalable FP&A function with the forecasting, guidance, expectations modeling, and reporting cadence needed for the company’s next stage of growth - working with Controllership and External Reporting, and help stand up the systems and processes to get there.
  • Team & operating model. Lead and develop the corporate FP&A team; build a scalable, tech / AI-enabled planning function with wide spans and few layers.

Required Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive FP&A / finance experience, including a senior corporate FP&A leadership role (Head of FP&A, VP FP&A, or equivalent).
  • Ownership of an enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan in a multi-division or multi-entity company, including consolidation across business units.
  • Proven board / investor reporting - building the materials and narratives senior leadership and boards rely on.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytics; able to build and own an integrated three-statement corporate model.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Capital-intensive, project / construction, or infrastructure sector experience; and/or services / multi-entity experience.
  • Strong data / AI fluency; experience modernizing planning tooling (EPM / FP&A systems, NetSuite, Palantir Foundry, or similar).
  • MBA and/or CPA / CFA.
  • Familiarity with nuclear, utilities, or highly regulated industrial sectors.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation packages
  • 401k with company match
  • Medical, dental, vision plans
  • Generous vacation policy, plus holidays
