As a Vet in our team, you will take clinical ownership of patient care within the practice, ensuring every pet receives exceptional treatment and every client feels supported. You’ll play a key role in delivering our “always there” promise — being a trusted presence for clients, patients, and colleagues alike. Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you’ll uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance, clinical governance, and operational excellence, helping to maintain a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for all.

With access to Medivet’s hub-and-spoke model, complex cases can be referred to our nearby 24‑hour hospital in Wokingham giving you access to advanced diagnostics, specialist teams, and a wider clinical network, modern equipment and clear development pathways. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your clinical skills and make a meaningful impact.
You will also participate in the on‑call rota for our Wokingham 24‑hour Hospital, ensuring continuity of care for our patients and supporting our wider clinical team.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £75,000, depending on your experience and clinical background.
