  • Serve as a point of contact for application-related support requests from venue and business teams

  • Perform pre-event system checks and assist with troubleshooting application issues during events and other high-volume operating periods

  • Maintain application documentation, configuration records, support procedures, user guides, event-day runbooks, and troubleshooting materials

  • Support the implementation and rollout of new applications, functionality, venues, hospitality concepts, and operational technology

  • Assist with system setup, testing, training, cutover activities, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization

  • Partner with the Business Analyst on new builds and translate approved business requirements into system configuration

  • Track incidents, recurring issues, enhancement requests, and application support activities and identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Maintain appropriate security, access, change-management, and documentation practices for supported applications

  • Train and support operational super-users on day-to-day platform administration functions

  • Participate in evening, weekend, holiday, event-day, and after-hours support as required

  • Perform other duties as assigned
