Job Description:

We are looking for Vendor Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and team members.  

• Speak and write clearly and professionally.    

• Resolve conflicts quickly to keep everyone on track.  

• Analyze supplier performance data to find areas for improvement.  

• Develop practical solutions to challenges.  

• Think strategically to align vendor management with the organization’s goals.  

• Organize and manage multiple suppliers, contracts, and timelines.  

• Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.  

• Review contracts, invoices, and supplier performance carefully.  

• Ensure compliance with rules, standards, and contract requirements.  

• Quickly change strategies to meet business needs or address issues.  

• Negotiate contracts for the best prices, quality, and delivery times.  

• Balance the needs of suppliers with the company’s requirements.  

• Understand key contract details and legal aspects.  

• Draft, review, and manage agreements with suppliers.  

• Know compliance rules and risk management.  

• Understand pricing and cost structures.   

• Manage teams effectively when working with suppliers.  

• Make decisions that support the company’s goals regarding suppliers.  

• Understand buying processes, including sourcing and purchasing.  

• Manage competitive bidding and evaluate supplier proposals. Assesses supplier proposals.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry.

• Good Excel and Power Point skills

• Good analytical skills

• Must be able to analyze problems and solve them creatively.

• Good communication skills.

• 3+ years experience in directly related business.

• Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience.
