Responsibilities:
- Coordinate loaner vehicle checkouts and returns, complete paperwork, and explain vehicle-use guidelines to customers
- Inspect loaners before and after use, record mileage and fuel levels, and document vehicle condition
- Track loaner availability, follow up on returns, and coordinate cleaning, fueling, maintenance, and repairs
- Move and park vehicles safely to keep the lot organized and accessible
- Help service advisors and technicians locate vehicles and manage keys
- Scan, label, and file repair orders and other dealership documents accurately
- Assist customers and support the service department with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets dealership requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers, scanners, and basic office software
- Ability to work on your feet, spend time outdoors, and safely move vehicles throughout the day
- Dependable, punctual, and able to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Dealership, rental vehicle, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful, but not required
