As a US Reporting & AI Automation – Alliances Manager you will help shape alliance strategies that connect reporting, automation, and AI capabilities to client needs. This role sits within our Brand Management, Marketing and Sales practice and focuses on building relationships, developing market plans, and advancing opportunities that support revenue growth and solution development. In this role at PwC, you will collaborate across teams to identify technology synergies, align alliance priorities with business goals, and support execution across multiple workstreams.

As a Manager you will lead teams, coach colleagues, and guide project work through clear planning, sound judgment, and attention to detail. You will motivate others, manage performance, and contribute to work that reflects the Firm’s purpose, values, and quality expectations. In this role at PwC, you will also use your knowledge of business operations and emerging technology to spot opportunities, support client-facing deliverables, and help build the skills of those around you.

Responsibilities

- Developing alliance strategy and business plans for reporting and AI automation offerings
- Building executive relationships across technology organizations to identify shared growth opportunities
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to shape solution development and market penetration efforts
- Guiding planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of assigned alliance initiatives
- Analyzing client business challenges and technology capabilities to define collaboration opportunities
- Leveraging AI fluency, digital tooling, and cross-functional collaboration to advance automation programs
- Coaching team members, using work review to deepen technical knowledge and delivery skills
- Addressing risks, conflicts, and stakeholder issues through sound judgment and professional courage

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Advertising, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Communications, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Consumer Studies, Design, e-Business, English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Organizational Management, Public Relations
- Demonstrating experience leading reporting and automation initiatives
- Applying AI tools to marketing or alliance workflows
- Managing cross-functional deliverables and timeline commitments
- Developing client-ready presentations and executive summaries
- Using data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
