US Credit Solutions Trading – Structured Credit Trader

The US Credit Solutions Trading team is seeking a Structured Credit Trader to join its New York-based business. The role will focus on trading Total Return Swaps (TRS) on Bond Baskets, and support the continued growth of the franchise and development of new credit derivative products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Make markets and trade total return swaps (TRS) on US investment grade and high yield bond baskets
• Manage funding and delta risk for TRS on Bond Baskets
• Partner with Portfolio Trading and QSDG to optimize baskets
• Negotiate swap documentation and manage lifecycle events
• Work closely with Sales and Portfolio Trading to market capabilities
• Support the development and growth of new credit derivative products

 

The candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Vice President/Director level trader with experience executing OTC credit derivatives
• Strong understanding of corporate credit markets and credit financing
• Ability to quickly learn the firm's execution and risk management tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and intellectually curious

Pay range

$200,000.00 - $300,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
