Job Description:

The Product Marketing Manager, Secure Commerce is responsible for developing and executing the commercialization strategy for the Secure Commerce portfolio, including InsureShield®, Parcel Pro® Secure Commerce solutions.

This role serves as the strategic connective point between product capabilities, customer needs, market opportunities, and revenue growth objectives. The position owns market segmentation, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development, buyer persona strategy, value proposition creation, competitive positioning, and commercialization planning to ensure Secure Commerce solutions are aligned to the right customers, the right opportunities, and the right growth strategies.

Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations, this role translates product features and capabilities into differentiated market strategies that drive adoption, market penetration, customer value, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will act as the voice of the market and customer, ensuring commercial decisions are grounded in customer insight, market intelligence, buying behavior, and business outcomes.

Success in this role will be measured through portfolio growth, commercialization effectiveness, market penetration, customer adoption, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution.

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, segment marketing, ABM, or GTM strategy roles, preferably in B2B, enterprise, SaaS, platform, or ecosystem‑based businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience owning segment or vertical value propositions and translating them into scalable GTM or ABM motions.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Sales and Channel teams to support complex, long‑cycle buying journeys and multi‑stakeholder decision processes.
  • Track record of driving revenue outcomes through adoption, utilization, expansion, or partner‑led growth—not just launches or awareness.

Core Skills

  • Strong ABM and segmentation expertise, including buying‑group messaging, account prioritization, and personalized GTM strategy.
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into clear, outcome‑driven value narratives for enterprise buyers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience defining co‑marketing and partnership strategies (e.g., webinars, joint campaigns, internal marketing to UPS) with clear goals and success metrics, while collaborating with execution teams.
  • Capability to develop high‑impact content such as case studies, solution narratives, and proof points that support consultative selling and late‑stage deal influence.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess segment performance, adoption trends, and GTM effectiveness, and use insights to refine strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in regulated, logistics, commerce, or multi‑channel platform environments.
  • Familiarity with modern MarTech and ABM tools and partnering with analytics or data teams to measure impact.
  • Comfort operating in lean, fast‑moving marketing organizations, leveraging automation and AI‑assisted workflows to scale impact.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership skills with the ability to align Product, Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams around shared outcomes
