POSITION SPECIFICS
Join University Health Services (UHS) and play a vital role in supporting daily operations, senior leadership, and workforce member services. This position is ideal for a highly organized, service-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating key administrative functions, and collaborating with partners across the University.
University Health Services (UHS) is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership, workforce member onboarding and offboarding, meeting coordination, and communications. This position serves as a key administrative partner to the Senior Director and collaborates regularly with managers and supervisors, the Compliance Specialist, and partners across Student Affairs.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, responsive, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with internal departments and university partners. This is an in-person position at University Park.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing workforce members.
Support annual training activities and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide meeting support for multiple UHS committees and workgroups.
Support accreditation standards in partnership with the Compliance Specialist and Senior Director.
Provide calendar management and administrative support to the Senior Director.
Help manage UHS-wide communication and correspond with external inquiries.
Create and update electronic health record schedules in partnership with multiple UHS departments.
Complete purchasing transactions in accordance with University policy and provide other unit-based finance support.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS) 2+ years of relevant experience; Relevant education accepted in lieu of experience Required Certifications: None

SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $40,608.00 - $58,836.00.
