Job Summary:
Uses specialized instruments and technology to assist field crews in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency. Applies advanced technical knowledge to resolve complex field technology challenges, enabling uninterrupted construction activities, and enhancing client satisfaction. Coordinates daily work schedules, task assignments, and resource deployment for field technology, driving efficient project execution and optimal use of technology assets. Ensures safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and leading practices in all field technology activities, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Strengthens team capability and knowledge transfer by mentoring crew members on the installation, configuration, and optimization of field technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Provides direction to, and management of field technology technicians in the use of layout equipment and verification of installed work, ensuring all activities align with project requirements and schedules.
Diagnoses and resolves complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
Coordinates daily tasks, monitors team progress, and reallocates resources as needed to optimize productivity and meet dynamic project needs.
Maintains thorough records of technology installations, system performance, and service activities to support project tracking and continuous improvement.
Coaches and develops other technicians through hands-on training and knowledge sharing, fostering technical growth and a collaborative team environment.
Communicates effectively with field teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and escalate quality control issues when necessary.

Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
5+years of experience in field technology, construction technology, or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification required.
