As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll support small and medium-sized businesses through chat, email, and phone, helping them make the most of their online advertising solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer support via multiple channels;
• Assisting clients before and after sales;
• Solving customer issues efficiently and professionally;
• Helping businesses optimize their advertising performance;
• Building positive customer relationships and delivering an exceptional experience.

Requirements

Native or fluent Ukrainian and strong English communication skills;

Previous Customer Support or Customer Service experience;

Good computer skills;

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;

EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Card;

High School Diploma.
