Responsible for, but not limited to, providing day-to-day office support by serving as a first point of contact for callers and visitors, maintaining common areas and supplies, coordinating food and beverage needs, assisting with package and mail distribution, supporting internal departments, and completing assigned administrative follow-up tasks.
Adheres to both RPC and Thru Tubing Solutions policies and procedures.
Adheres to both industry and company safety policies.
Maintains a percentage of 85% classroom and online training.
Demonstrates professional appearance, conduct, and promptness.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route callers to the appropriate recipient or department.
Greet visitors promptly and provide assistance according to office procedures.
Help with office errands and general administrative requests as needed.
Assist departments and team members when additional administrative support as requested.
Stock conference room refrigerators, including one upstairs and one downstairs, and replenishing items as needed.
Order groceries, drinks, and other refreshment items as needed.
Order and set up lunches when requested for meetings, visitors, or internal events.
Assist Marketing as needed with administrative or coordination tasks.
Oversee the birthday calendar and coordinate décor, special treats, or related celebration items.
May work with company contracts when requested and complete follow-up tasks as assigned.
Maintains and files office paperwork as needed.
Meets all required deadlines.
