Schedule 

Sunday – Thursday  2PM to 10:30PM

Main Ingredients of the Job!  

 As a US FOODS ® TRUCK Washer you will be responsible for: 

• Washing exterior of tractors, interior of trailers and moving equipment around the truck yard. 

• Check oil, wash windows, check tire pressures and maintain proper fluid levels in tractors and T-K units. 

• Report service issues to the maintenance shop. 

• Keep track of assigned jobs by logging in and out of the ShopFax maintenance system. 

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations and government guidelines

What you bring to the table  

Education/Training: 

• High school diploma/GED preferred. 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

• Ability to drive and operate fleet equipment, tractor, trailer, and service vehicles. 

• Ability to perform cleaning activities on all fleet equipment. 

• Ability to assess trailer/tractor sanitation requirement. 

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. 

• Must be willing to work an irregular schedule to include any shift, weekends, and holidays. 

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations. 

• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written communications. 

• CDL Class A preferred

Related Experience/Requirements:  

• Must have a valid state Driver's License 

• Ability to drive and operate Fleet equipment, tractor, trailer and service vehicles. 

• Must have the ability to work Sunday - Thursday shift. 

Physical Requirements: Remove section if not needed. 

• Bending, stooping, and occasional heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $18 and $20.
