JOB DESCRIPTION:
Four Main Responsibilities:
Job Weighting% - Main Responsibilities
50% - Monitor cash and FX position to ensure both liquidity and profitability
-monthly cash forecast, quarterly LBE and annual plan
-intercompany transactions settlements via Netting system
-Hedge programme plan, execution and reporting
-manage the relationship with bank
35% - Monitor Treasury Compliance
-LOI/approval matrix for payments, loans, other cash transactions
-respond to audit queries
-annual regulatory report
15% - Other Treasury related Matters:
-ESPP
-pension fund etc.
-annual insurance programm
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Cash Managements
- Monthly/quarterly forecast and LBE reporting, variance analysis, monitoring key business changes which drives cash fluctuation
- Funding proposal/plan to address cash issues ie. monitoring on liquidity/borrowing status (drawdown, rollover, repayment or prepayment, short term investment), optimizing borrowing term and interest by balancing the liquidity and financial costs.
- Driving key treasury activities:TPA, dividends, ICB settlements or any measurements helping cash positions.
- FX Managements
- Monthly FX position forecasting and reporting, variance analysis, etc.
- Hedging Executions from bidding, exercising, signoff, reporting, recording till final realization.
- Driving key FX initiatives: annual cash flow hedge forecasting
- Be responsible for month/year end closing activities of treasury team such as cash reconciliation reports, and forward contract revaluation and account explanation.
- Prepare reports timely and accurately per local requirements and Global requirements.
- Bank Relations Managements:
- LOI drafting and implementing
- Leading every topic/issue/dialogues with banks at affiliate level.
REQUIREMENTS:
Position experiences:
- 5+ years of professional financial experience/exposure
- Good communication skill, problem solving and presentation skills.
- Basic analytical skills and very good numerical skills
Language Skills：
- Good command of English is a must. Korea and Japanse are preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Mastery financial tools and ERP system knowledge and good technical skills
Other Special requirement:
- Good working attitude and team work spirit as well as good sense of responsibility
