Treasury Operations Analyst (Parental leave)
Perion's global finance team is looking for a Treasury Operations Analyst to cover a parental leave period, based in Tel Aviv on a hybrid basis. The timing matters: this role steps in during a critical window that includes the annual financial close, meaning you'll need to be operational quickly and comfortable owning compliance and cash management processes from day one. This isn't a supporting role - you'll be the primary owner of treasury operations across our global entities.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor, analyze, and manage working capital funding requirements to ensure optimal liquidity across global entities
- Serve as the primary administrator for all corporate banking and payment platforms, managing system configurations, user access, and permissions
- Maintain and update bank account mandates and authorized signatories across all global accounts
- Lead all SOX compliance tasks within the treasury function and act as the primary treasury point of contact for the upcoming annual audit and financial close
- Fulfill KYC and AML requirements and manage ongoing relationships with external banking partners
- Partner with Accounting and FP&A teams to investigate payment inquiries, resolve platform issues, and support month-end close processes
- Manage Purchase Orders for treasury vendors and act as the internal point of contact for global employees on treasury platform matters
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of previous experience in corporate treasury or finance operations
- Proven experience working with corporate banking portals and payment systems
- Proven experience with SOX compliance processes and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong organizational skills with a strict commitment to accuracy when handling sensitive financial and compliance tasks
- Fluency in both Hebrew and English, written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP platform
