OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS
Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:
- Initiate cross-functional analytical processes for individual items and issues to solve underlying trends and prevent future occurrences.
- Perform independent analysis to maintain partner standards for reconciliation issue resolution and escalate when necessary to ensure compliance.
- Drive internal process improvement and efficiency objectives.
- Generate and report required metrics to internal stakeholders as assigned.
- Partner with the Investment Operations team to execute strategy in coordination and partnership with our clients.
- Reconcile HSA custodial bank accounts and provide deliverables in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Work within a team to leverage Excel and SQL-based internal tools to accomplish large and complex projects with company-wide impacts.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

- Abilities: Strong Excel knowledge is required (i.e. Pivot tables/Vlookups/IF statements, etc.). SQL or VBA knowledge preferred.
- Experience: 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or another related field required.
- Location: Hybrid (Boston, Milwaukee or Maitland).

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Compensation Range:
$43,800.00 - $74,500.00Alegeus may use AI technology during candidate interviews. The uses include recording, note-taking, and summarizing candidate interviews.
