β Our Treasury team
Our Treasury team is growing and weβre looking for a Treasury Analyst with a focus on commercial performance to support our investment strategy. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail orientated & collaborative Treasury Analyst to play a key role in supporting Treasuryβs budgeting, stress testing, month end, and modelling. Youβll support all core Treasury functions- learning how Monzo manages liquidity, capital, interest rate risk, and the credit portfolio to maintain balance sheet resilience.Β This is a collaborative role and you will work across the Treasury, Finance and Risk functions.

- Supporting and enhancing our budgeting and forecasting process including stress testing and model development
- Supporting our month end reporting including cost analysis and reporting
- Enhancing our control environment
- Designing brilliant ways to automate our work and leveraging technology to ensure we scale with the businessΒ
- Partnering with teams internally to help them make informed business decisions

- Have experience working at a bank and knowledge of Treasury forecasting
- Have a highly analytical and forward thinking approach
- Are interested in identifying and using data, performing analysis, and understanding financial impacts on our bankΒ
- Are able to articulate and explain technical topics to diverse audiences
- Have strong technical skills
- Are interested in learning more about the wider Treasury worlds of investment and capital management
