About the Role
Hytech is seeking a Training Operation Specialist to manage its LMS platform, oversee Malaysia HRDF (HRD Corp) compliance and claims, and coordinate the execution of external training programs.

Job Description
- Manage day-to-day LMS operations, including course setup, user access, and learning data accuracy.
- Handle HRDF/HRD Corp submissions, claims, and compliance documentation (e.g., levy tracking, grant/claim applications).
- Liaise with HRD Corp and internal finance to track claim reimbursement status.
- Source, coordinate, and manage external training vendors and program logistics.
- Track training budgets, process cost reconciliation, and consolidate training reports.
- Serve as first-line support for employees on LMS and training-related queries.
