We are looking for a Trainee, Welcome Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will support the Welcome Ambassadors team in creating warm, personalized and memorable arrival and departure experiences. You will gain hands-on experience in Welcome operations while developing your guest service skills and understanding of luxury hospitality standards and W Hotels service culture.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure in a warm and professional manner.
- Assist with the safe handling, storage and timely delivery of guests’ luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a personalized introduction to the Resort and its facilities.
- Respond to guest questions and escalate requests or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Support guest transportation within the Resort using golf buggies when required.
- Report guest, operational or technical issues and ensure equipment is maintained in good condition.
- Follow Health & Safety requirements, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards, while actively participating in training and development.
Requirements
- Good command of English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive, energetic and guest-focused approach.
