Manufacturing Engineer Purchase - Graduate

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop manufacturing process in supply chain to meet design intension and specifications.
  • Work closely with design engineering to ensure parts producibility.
  • Ensure products are made on Quality and on Cost.
  • Take lead in robust Product Introduction process in supply chain, to make sure relevant technical risks are identified and mitigated at earliest point possible, to enable smooth launch of production with minimum risk or disruption.
  • Develop new or improved manufacturing processes, digital systems and technologies to meet current or future requirements.
  • Act as Technical Authority to ensure manufacturing process controls within their area, and any changes does not negatively impact Quality, Cost and Delivery.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement in manufacturing process to standardize and to reduce non-value adding activities.
  • Leading Technical Problem solving.


Key Experiences and any Qualifications

  • Holding Engineering degree, preferrable in Aerospace, manufacturing/mechanical or material, etc.
  • Proficient in English communication in both spoken and written.
  • General understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • General awareness of Lean production or Six Sigma.
