GCR operates 9 Stores, 2 Bandag Retread Plants, and 5 Off-The-Road Tire Repair Facilities in 5 states, along with managing tire programs at several remote mine locations. Responsibilities
- Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair as directed by the Service Manager.
- Assist with inventory management by loading, unloading, and organizing stock.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience with automotive tires is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 250 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and demanding work conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check.
