Position Summary:
As the TikTok Growth and Social Ecommerce Manager for the Perry Ellis brand, you will spearhead the strategic growth, revenue generation, and channel expansion of TikTok Shop and social commerce accounts across the Perry Ellis International brand portfolio. You will own the end-to-end commercial operations, content strategy, affiliate network management, and paid/organic integration required to scale our social storefronts into high-margin revenue channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overarching social commerce growth strategy, driving top-line GMV, Net Sales, conversion rates, and ROAS across TikTok Shop and emerging social platforms.
- Manage full commercial operations for TikTok Shop, including catalog taxonomy, pricing strategies, inventory allocation, promotional calendars, and daily order flow troubleshooting.
- Build, scale, and manage the brand’s TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, recruiting key creators, negotiating commission structures, and driving high-volume influencer content.
- Oversee social commerce advertising budgets, partnering with performance marketing teams to execute spark ads, boosted seller content, and targeted campaign integrations.
- Establish comprehensive weekly and monthly reporting structures to analyze GMV, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and conversion metrics for executive leadership.
- Lead and mentor direct reports, including social commerce associates, while coordinating cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, legal, and supply chain divisions.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of dedicated experience in social ecommerce management, marketplace operations, or digital growth marketing, with proven revenue growth on TikTok Shop.
- In-depth mastery of TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate management dashboards, TikTok Ads Manager, and short-form video content analytics.
- Strong background in commercial analytics, inventory forecasting, and margin management within the retail apparel or lifestyle consumer goods space.
- Demonstrated track record of managing multi-channel promotional calendars and cross-functional teams to execute flawless live campaigns.
