About this Therapy GM role at Nourish
About Us
Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.
Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.
In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.

This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.
About the Role
Nourish is evolving from the country's leading telenutrition platform into an integrated metabolic health clinic that combines nutrition, medical care, behavioral support, and technology into a coordinated patient experience. This role will own the behavioral health arm of the Nourish care model.
As Therapy GM, you'll report to the VP of Care and work closely with the CEO and leaders across Clinical / Care, Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, and Growth. This is a true GM role with P&L ownership: you’ll own the Therapy business end-to-end — from strategy and roadmapping through day-to-day execution and scale.
This isn't a strategy-and-handoff position. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy, clinical innovation, product development, and operations — bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the therapy initiatives succeed operationally, clinically, and economically. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in 0→1 environments, enjoys high ownership, and is excited to build infrastructure that improves patient outcomes while driving long-term business growth. This is a unique opportunity to build a major business within Nourish, combining the ownership of a founder with the foundation of an established platform.
This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with some remote flexibility). Our office is located in Gramercy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Define and execute the roadmap for expanding Nourish’s therapy business line — owning everything through long-term strategy through the day-to-day
- GM Ownership: Serve as the cross-functional quarterback across Growth, Clinical, Operations, and Product to scale and iterate on Nourish Therapy — this is your P&L
- Operating Model & Cross-Functional Execution: Align teams and build the operating model, playbooks, and processes needed to scale Nourish Therapy and integrate it into the broader care model
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to evaluate initiatives, generate insights, and inform the go-forward game plan
- Financial Modeling: Build and refine financial models (in partnership with Finance) to guide prioritization, investment decisions, and the long-term impact of therapy
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You have 6–10+ years of experience combining strategy work (e.g., consulting, finance) with direct startup execution, and have led ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with real ownership
- You’re a first-principles thinker who challenges assumptions, identifies better ways of operating, and translates ideas into tangible operational change
- You’re highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable building financial models, working with metrics, and translating insights into clear decisions and prioritization
- You combine strategic thinking with operational rigor and ****are able to define direction while managing complex initiatives with many moving pieces and strong attention to detail
- You’re an exceptional cross-functional partner and communicator with an ability to build trust across executives, clinicians, operators, and EPDA teams while driving alignment and progress
- You thrive in high-ownership, ambiguous environments, bringing strong judgment, a bias toward action, and comfort navigating complexity as you build and scale new initiatives
Experience launching or scaling a new product or business, prior people management, and familiarity with healthcare are strong pluses.
