Job Characteristics:
Responsibilities include following prescribed procedures, conducting analyses to develop design options or recommendations for structures, systems, and components. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Engineering and 0-2 years of relevant experience. This is an entry-level position.

Independence Level:
Works under direct supervision. Work is checked often. Interaction with other employees is encouraged to develop a network of resources that facilitate the completion of assignments.
