About this Test Technician role at Curtiss-Wright
We are looking for a Test Technician to join our Christchurch team!
In this role, you will be responsible for creation and oversight of test programs for new and existing products, utilizing internal and external test facilities, to verify and validate that products meet technical requirements, strictly following the test schedules and procedures.

Your Challenge:
Investigate and test product. These will be customer returns and production failures.
Follow defined specifications and operating procedures demonstrating strong attention to detail.
Record status and findings within relevant systems.
Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone or teams.
Proactively support the department manager to achieve the rework schedule.
Adhere to all health and safety requirements.
Your Expertise:
Demonstratable previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferably with electromechanical products.
Ability to follow technical procedures and specifications.
Good communication skills and an ability to record written findings.
Competent in the use of IT tools (Microsoft office).
A self-motivated team player who demonstrates enthusiasm, pace and energy.
Continuous development, always looking to improve and willing to suggest ideas.
