Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, API testing, database validation, and modern QA practices. This role requires hands-on experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality software releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.

Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing using automation frameworks.

Develop and enhance automation frameworks using Appium Playwright, or Selenium WebDriver with Java.

Perform API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.

Validate application data through SQL/database testing.

Create, manage, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios using test management tools.

Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Appium or Playwright.

Strong experience in Test Management and test planning.

Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java.

Experience in API Testing using Postman or Rest Assured.

Experience in SQL/database testing.

Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Experience working with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.

Good understanding of Git version control.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

Should be available to join in a short notice
