Summary:
As a ServiceNow Customer Service Management Test lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure greater control, precision, and data integrity. The position requires driving the adoption of forward-thinking testing strategies that leverage automation and innovative solutions to predict and address quality challenges proactively. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing efforts with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and excellence in quality delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of continuous testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing objectives with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), CSM Testing, ATF, Integration testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and quality engineering principles.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru/ Pune/ Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
