TSS team is a sub part of the Regional Operating model lead by the Regional Business Head. This position reports to the Area Sales Manager. We work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets and resolve issues that occur on daily basis which results in growth of JazzCash & Postpaid Sales and Franchise/Retail Business Development.

What you'll own

• Develop an understanding of JazzWorld’s business, products, values, Regional Operating Model and local market dynamics
• Conduct daily market visits, retail audits and spot checks to monitor stock availability, retailer performance and service standards.
• Manage the assigned franchise(s), ensuring regular follow-ups, visibility of daily performance reports and effective execution of business priorities.
• Strengthen franchise and retail network development through continuous engagement with franchise staff, Distribution Officers (DOs) and retailers.
• Drive key business enablers, including BVS activation, EVC transactions (Agent to Agent serving), market float management, DO service levels (daily basis 50%), recharge performance (Jazz Load & Scratch cards) non-performers to be less than 5% (ensure DO follows up with nonperforming retailer)
• Follow up with DO to ensure minimum balance Retailers are less than 5%
• Along with the Enablers focus on achieving Target KPIs: Recharge; Gross Ads (pre & postpaid); JazzCash (DR, Cash-In & M-Wallet); MBB (Data Devices); Active Retail Base (EVC; BVS Devices; & JazzCash Retail Base)
• Develop plans to increase sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances and Postpaid connections.
• Execute BTL activities in coordination with retailers and franchise teams to support business targets.
• Ensure effective utilization of Trade Marketing resources and initiatives.
• Drive channel footprint expansion, improve retailer servicing and maintain territory integrity and infringement controls.
• Build strong working relationships with franchise owners, retailers and other channel stakeholders
• Monitor business performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve JazzCash and Voice KPIs.
• Motivate and guide franchise and retail stakeholders, communicate channel profitability and encourage sustainable business growth.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and share innovative ideas to strengthen overall team performance.
• Manages franchise and retail channel by motivating and counseling the concerned stakeholders and explain the profitability model

What success looks like

• Challenging projects are delivered, with end-to-end responsibility from planning to roll out followed by feedback.
• Monthly KPI targets such as Jazz Cash Wallet Activation, Post-paid & Prepaid Sales, Remittances, and Cash in, MNP etc. are achieved.
• Penetration of overall business in the assigned areas is increased, and assigned targets are met end to end.
• A stronger, more productive franchise and retail network with improved retailer servicing, channel footprint and operational performance.
• Effective execution of trade marketing and BTL activities.
• Strong franchise and retailer engagement, contributing to sustainable channel growth.

Requirements

• Have relevant experience in sales management, distribution or channel development.
• Understand retail and franchise operations and the dynamics of managing sales territory.
• Demonstrate the ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple business KPIs targets such as Jazz Cash Wallet Activation, Post-paid & Prepaid Sales, Remittances, and Cash in, MNP etc.
• Possess strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• An individual who can work both remotely as well as under supervision to improve the effectiveness and penetration of the sales and distribution channel.
• Can increase penetration of overall business in the assigned areas and meet assigned targets end to end.
• Can identify market opportunities, address performance gaps and execute effective sales plans
