Summary:
As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and establishing both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product requirements. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline the creation and configuration of these environments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to maintain and enhance platform stability and performance, while proactively addressing any challenges that arise during environment setup and deployment processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with organizational goals and project needs.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to automation pipelines to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark.
- Strong understanding of cloud environment architecture and deployment strategies.
- Experience in automating environment creation and configuration using modern software tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation pipelines for improved performance.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and practices to effectively engage with multiple teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
