Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with established frameworks and collaborating closely with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and associated risks. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining service quality and controlling costs to drive profitability and sustain ongoing success. Additionally, the position involves fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support sales efforts and meet organizational goals, while coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and value realization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of technology projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of cost controlling and profitability analysis within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in managing end-to-end delivery of technology projects with a focus on financial modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to drive collaboration across teams.
- Capability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our CDC5A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
