We are seeking a Microbiology Technician with 2-5 years of experience to support R&D projects through microbiology and molecular biology experimentation while contributing to day-to-day laboratory operations.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Perform microbiology and molecular biology experiments supporting research projects.
• Handle and cultivate bacterial and fungal microorganisms.
• Conduct microbiological assays, including microbial growth monitoring, MIC testing, and antagonism assays.
• Perform molecular biology techniques, including DNA extraction and PCR.
• Document, analyze, and communicate experimental results.
• Maintain laboratory standards, organization, and compliance.
• Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams while supporting multiple projects and priorities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• BTS, BUT, Professional License, Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Hands-on experience with microbiology techniques and microbial culture.
• Experience with molecular biology methods, including DNA extraction and PCR.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate results clearly.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder collaboration skills.
