Within the academy Pure Flow Processing, we are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Technical Trainer who is passionate about sharing expertise in Heating and Refrigeration technologies and empowering others to succeed.

This role will be executed in Den Bosch.

Responsibilities / Tasks

As Technical Trainer you will design and develop technical training programs for internal employees and customers, with a focus on industrial refrigeration systems and heat pumps, aligned with the company’s strategic requirements.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create detailed training plans and agendas to ensure structured and effective learning pathways.

  • Define course content, learning objectives, target audiences, prerequisites, and assessment methods.

  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and interactive learning modules.

  • Deliver live training sessions in various formats, including classroom training, webinars, video sessions, and workshops.

  • Organize and conduct on-site training sessions and hands-on exercises for individuals and groups.

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, maintain documentation, and continuously improve training programs.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Completed technical degree or technical vocational training, combined with knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.

  • Several years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally within industrial refrigeration technology, combined with hands-on training experience.

  • Proficient in modern training methods and tools, including course design and digital learning platforms.

  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint; experience with e-learning systems is desirable.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages like Dutch is an advantage.

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, willingness to travel, combined with empathy and a collaborative mindset
