Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division is a leading global producer of outdoor power products and solutions for forest, park, and garden care.  Shaping great experiences is what we do. With our passion for innovation, we create products and services for customers around the world. Performance and usability meet safety and environmental care in our leading-edge innovations and our battery solutions and robotics lead the way.

  • Are you a skilled mechanic or small‑engine technician ready to step off the tools and into a role where your technical knowledge truly shines?
  • Do you love solving problems, helping people, and being part of a supportive team?

If so, this could be the perfect next step in your career. We’re looking for a passionate Technical Support Representative to join our friendly, high‑performing team at our Tuggerah head office. You’ll play a key role in supporting our dealers, end users, and sales team across Australia, ensuring they get the most out of our industry‑leading outdoor power equipment.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver exceptional technical support via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through issues involving 2‑stroke and 4‑stroke engines, as well as digital and connected product solutions, battery and robotics products.
  • Manage end‑user complaints professionally and negotiate effective resolutions.
  • Participate in hands‑on training sessions—both inhouse and externally.
  • Maintain and process service dealer claims through our web‑based warranty system.
  • Create and update technical support documentation.
  • Assist in identifying key parts and accessories for new product releases.
  • Use your mechanical know‑how to diagnose faults and perform repairs on demonstration units when required.
  • Assist with inhouse product reworks, when required.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience with small engines, outdoor power equipment, or similar mechanical systems (2‑stroke, 4‑stroke, digital tech).
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • A customer‑first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Confident computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, detailed reports.
  • Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
  • Experience with Adobe or InDesign is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of robotic mowers is highly advantageous.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • Access to ongoing professional training and development programs.
  • A supportive team environment where collaboration is valued.
  • Convenient Central Coast location with free onsite parking.
  • Take advantage of staff discounts on our products

We’re looking for someone who shows initiative, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team environment. If you’re excited about growing your career with a globally recognised brand and contributing to the success of the Husqvarna product range, we’d love to hear from you.

A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally are essential.

At Husqvarna, we encourage an inclusive working environment and strongly believe that diversity of experience, perspective and background will lead to a better environment for our employees, our business and thereby, our customers.

Husqvarna Australia is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments are based on merit.

This role is not suitable for those primarily focused on technical support software and agencies need not apply.
