This position reports to:
Technical Training Manager__
As a Technical Specialist (part time) in our EUOPC Training Center which is part of Technology & Development department, you will support the development of innovative training solutions and help optimize our training operations. You'll work with AI tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and have the opportunity to represent ABB at various events.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop training materials – create content and resources for employees, trainers, work with documentation in English and AI tools
- Support training center operations – manage inventories, propose innovations and technical solutions for improved efficiency
- Design and prepare demonstrations – create engaging demo projects in collaboration with various ABB teams
- Represent ABB at events – participate in Open Days, trade fairs, and corporate events
Qualifications for the role
Required:
- Strong English skills (written and spoken) – working language - at least B2
- Common understanding of Automation
- Interest and experience in AI tools and automation (Copilot, Gemini or any other similar, MCP, API...)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred:
- Experience with creating presentations or training materials
- Basic technical understanding or engineering background
- Public speaking or presentation experience
- Proactive approach and creative thinking
