About this Technical Service Specialist role at ARX Robotics GmbH
About the Role
Our Kyiv team keeps ARX Robotics systems running where it matters most. As a Technical Service Specialist, you make sure our products perform reliably in the field and in the workshop. You diagnose faults, repair and maintain systems, and bring the user's perspective back to our engineers, so every product gets better with each deployment.
This role combines hands-on technical work, user support, and close collaboration with partners. You will travel across Ukraine, solve problems on site, and help operators use our technology with confidence.
What You'll Build
- Reliable field performance: diagnosing and resolving faults on systems in the field and in our workshop.
- Maintenance that prevents problems: carrying out scheduled servicing and complex repairs that keep our systems in top operational condition.
- Better products: testing updates and modifications, and turning what you see in the field into concrete improvements.
- Confident users: running training sessions and briefings that help operators get the most out of our systems.
- Direct feedback loops: collecting structured user feedback and passing it straight to our engineering team.
What You Bring
- A technical foundation in mechatronics, electronics, mechanics, or a related field, gained through education or hands-on experience.
- A practical, hands-on mindset and a clear approach to solving problems.
- Analytical thinking: you break down complex faults and look for root causes.
- Readiness to travel regularly on business trips across Ukraine.
- A fast learner who enjoys picking up new technologies.
- Clear communication with users, partners, and colleagues.
- A valid driving licence, and experience driving a manual car (a plus).
- English proficiency for working with documentation and suppliers (a plus).
