About the role

Thrive as a Technical Recruiter at Ruby Labs and play a crucial role in shaping our rapidly growing engineering team! Based in Cyprus and fluent in both Russian and English, you’ll be a trusted recruitment partner, collaborating closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to drive developer recruitment across Cyprus. Thanks to your knowledge of the local market and communities, you’ll source and attract top developer talent, bringing a hands-on, on-the-ground approach to our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technical talent acquisition, has a strong track record of sourcing high-quality developers, and can drive recruitment strategies with autonomy and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for developer and engineering roles, from screening resumes and conducting technical interviews to managing candidate pipelines across Cyprus.

• Source high-quality developer candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach in the Cyprus tech market.

• Manage and optimize our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate record-keeping and organizational efficiency throughout the hiring process.

• Provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with engineering hiring managers to understand their technical hiring priorities and provide strategic recruitment support.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures, offering insights and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Stay informed about developer talent market trends in Cyprus and the wider region, technical recruitment best practices, and competitive insights to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-driven company.

• Proven experience working with popular ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and recruiting, with experience in building talent pipelines.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Passion for talent acquisition, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

• Experience recruiting internationally is a plus.

• Fluency in written and verbal communication in English.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
