This position reports to:
Technical & Design Promotion Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building Business in Indonesia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.
- Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.
- Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience handling Consultants, Developers, Project Owners, Contractors and MEP, in electrical company would be advantage
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical seminars, demonstrations, and customer workshops.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to plan customer visits, assess outcomes, and translate insights into actionable opportunities.
- Good understanding of solution selling, value proposition development, and customer needs analysis.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel regularly to support customer engagement activities.
