Responsibilities

Program Execution & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support end-to-end execution of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and actions are clearly tracked.
  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces by defining work plans, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners across Supply Chain, SPG, JOLT, and Business Units to gather inputs, align priorities, and close gaps.
  • Ensure planning assumptions, risks, and opportunities are clearly documented.
  • Partner with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Management, and Business Units.
  • Proactively identify risks, data gaps, and execution issues; escalate with clear context and recommended actions.
  • Prepare program status updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and momentum.
  • Produce executive-ready updates, decision documents, and business cases — tables, charts, and slides that a leader can act on without a verbal briefing.
  • Drive alignment between stakeholders with competing priorities and unclear decision rights and make the decision path explicit when it isn't.
  • Operate effectively without formal authority across matrixed, geographically distributed teams.

Data Analysis & Decision Support

  • Perform detailed analysis across supply, demand, capacity, and material data to support planning decisions.
  • Analyze outputs from planning and analytics tools (e.g., reports, heat maps, scenario outputs) to identify trends, constraints, and inconsistencies.
  • Build and maintain analytical models, trackers, and summaries using Excel to support ongoing planning programs.
  • Translate data into clear, structured insights and executive-ready summaries (tables, charts, and slides).

Qualifications

Analytical & Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
  • Ability to structure, clean, and analyze large and imperfect datasets.
  • Working understanding of SQL and relational database concepts (tables, joins, keys) to query and interpret data.
  • Experience creating clear data visualizations and summaries for business decision-making.

Professional Experience & Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–12 years in technical program management, business operations, or operations transformation, including at least 3 years leading programs with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel: complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and scenario/sensitivity analysis. Working SQL and relational database fluency (tables, joins, keys) sufficient to query and interpret operational data independently.
  • Ability to structure, clean, and analyze large and imperfect datasets, and to turn the result into an executive-ready recommendation.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop execution plans, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing presentation and facilitation capabilities.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, product development, or technology environments.
  • Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, enterprise systems, data/analytics, automation, or digital product programs.
  • Direct experience in semiconductor or high-mix manufacturing planning — supply planning, capacity planning, or materials management.
  • Experience with S&OP process management, clear understanding all aspect of S&OP / IBP
  • Experience with an enterprise planning system (SAP APO/IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or comparable).
