  • Coordinate Engineering, Deployment Coordinators, Manufacturing, Services, Information Technology, regional technical teams, partners, suppliers, and customer teams throughout execution.
  • Monitor quality, schedule, throughput, capacity, cost, delivery, revenue assurance, inventory readiness, shipments, and Celestica performance against agreed service levels and SIF metrics.
  • Resolve technical issues, including encryption-related processes, develop or contribute to complex methods of procedure, enforce commissioning, safety, and quality standards, and identify change requests, automation, cost reductions, and process improvements.

The must haves:

  • Experience: 3–8 years of directly related experience in optical, Ethernet, telecommunications services, manufacturing, factory staging, or technical project delivery.
  • Demonstrated translation of customer and technical requirements into executable scope, tasks, milestones, resource plans, and acceptance criteria.
  • Background in project coordination, resource management, outsourcing or partner delivery, and cross-functional execution.
  • Application of problem-solving, decision-making, critical-thinking, leadership, team-building, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilization of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn project-management and SIF software tools.
  • Ability to work at, or maintain regular on-site presence at, the Celestica facility in Thailand; travel up to 40% based on business and project requirements; and work outside standard hours when required for factory operations, customer milestones, escalations, and global teams.

Nice to haves:
