Technical Lead, IGA (Identity & Governance Administration)
As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, the Tech Lead, Identity & Access Management ensures users have the appropriate access, governance controls and protection are in place to safeguard our assets.
What you will do:
- Provide hands-on technical support and operational leadership for SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring platform stability, availability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes for SailPoint defects and operational incidents.
- Review, troubleshoot, and update SailPoint IdentityIQ code and configurations using Java/BeanShell and XML, including rules, workflows, and integrations, to resolve operational issues and enhance platform functionality.
- Review and maintain GitHub-managed SailPoint code and configurations, following established source control, code review, and deployment practices.
- Leverage SailPoint database queries and data analysis to troubleshoot issues, validate data, and identify inconsistencies.
- Troubleshoot aggregation, provisioning, application integration, access, and connectivity failures across the SailPoint environment.
- Support SailPoint deployments, upgrades, configuration changes, and application onboarding while following established change and release processes.
- Partner with application, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver IAM solutions and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and implementation plans, while driving knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What you bring:
- Strong hands-on experience administering, supporting, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ in an enterprise environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex SailPoint production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java/BeanShell and XML for developing, reviewing, troubleshooting, and modifying SailPoint IdentityIQ rules, workflows, and configurations.
- Experience using GitHub for SailPoint source code and configuration management, including code reviews, version control, and supporting deployment activities.
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint database structures and queries for troubleshooting, data analysis, and validation.
- Experience with aggregation, provisioning, application integrations, access management, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting SailPoint deployments, upgrades, application onboarding, and platform maintenance.
- Strong understanding of IAM security principles, governance controls, and operational best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business and operational risk.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams and communicate technical issues, solutions, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
