We are looking for an experienced Azure/OCI Cloud & DevOps Engineer with good Oracle DBA knowledge to design, implement, automate, and support enterprise cloud and DevOps environments.

The role is primarily focused on Microsoft Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, cloud operations, monitoring, and security, while requiring solid hands-on knowledge of Oracle Database administration to support Oracle workloads running in cloud and hybrid environments.

The ideal candidate will have a DevOps/Cloud-first mindset, with building the database as service.

Key Responsibilities
Azure/OCI Cloud & Automation – Primary Responsibilities

Design, deploy, configure, and manage infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure.

Automate CDB/PDB infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Saltstack.

Manage CDB Azure Virtual Machines, networking, storage, NSGs, monitoring, and security components.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration-management practices.

Develop CDB/PDB automation scripts using Bash/Shell, and/or Python.

Manage source control using Git / Azure Repos.

Implement cloud security best practices, identity/access controls, secrets management, and network security.

Work with Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery.

Support cloud migration initiatives, including migration of Oracle workloads from on-premises environments to Azure/OCI.

Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, application, and cloud-related issues.

Experience with Oracle 12c/18c/19c/21c or equivalent.

Experience migrating Oracle databases to Azure.

Python automation.

Must Have – Azure/OCI & DevOps+Oracle DBA knowledge
