Position Summary
Technical I, IT Operations — Work from Office
We are looking for a Technical I, IT Operations to support the proper functioning of computer hardware, software, and IT equipment. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of IT experience, a strong service mindset, and a B2 English profile.
Responsibilities
Support and maintain computer hardware, software, workstations, printers, and phones.
Assist users with technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Manage tickets and ad-hoc requests according to established SLA requirements.
Support IT projects, equipment movements, application testing, and workstation preparation.
Create and update technical documentation and user support materials.
Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment.
Follow established IT policies, procedures, and standards.
Perform additional duties as required.
Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, help desk, or a related technical role.
Native Greek speaker required.
B2 English profile required.
Experience supporting hardware, software, workstations, printers, and phones.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support end users.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Availability to work from office.
