We’re looking for a tech-savvy support pro who is fully fluent in French and English to be the go-to expert for our French-speaking customers. When something isn’t working right, you’ll turn a frustrating moment into a “wow, c’était facile!”

What you’ll do

• Support customers in French and English by phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and app pairing so customers get back to cooking fast.
• Look up orders, inventory, and replacement parts, and make sure the right part goes to the right model every time.
• Handle warranty questions, returns, recalls, and terms of sale with care.
• Keep clean, detailed records of every interaction and own your follow-ups.
• Share what customers are telling us with our Software, Hardware, and Product Development teams.

What you bring

• Fluent spoken and written French and English. This is a must.
• 2+ years of customer support experience, ideally technical support.
• A knack for connectivity troubleshooting. You know your way around Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and devices that won’t talk to each other.
• Experience in a CRM or ticketing system. Salesforce is a big plus.
• Working knowledge of Windows, networking basics, PC hardware, and Microsoft Office.
• A sharp eye for detail. Model numbers and part numbers don’t trip you up.
• A friendly, upbeat way with people, even when a customer is having a rough day.
• You can juggle a busy queue and still give every customer your full attention.
• A quiet home workspace and reliable internet for the remote period.

The fine print
This role is based out of our Mahwah, NJ office. You’ll start remote and move to a hybrid schedule in the office within 12 months, so you’ll need to live within commuting distance. Expect occasional in-person training and team sessions in Mahwah along the way.
